Monthly commission average £1,000 / £1,500 per month
Full training provided
37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday 9am - 5:00 pm (1 day a week 9:00 - 5:30pm)

Job Role:

Making calls to business customers to discuss outstanding debt
Collecting debt on behalf of organisations
Sending emails and correspondence
Building customer rapport
Updating and maintaining the database

Skills and experience:

Previous experience in a similar role or transferable skills in retail, hospitality
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Confident and effective time management
Good problem-solving, communication, and organisational skills
Balance empathy with assertiveness
Possess a positive attitude and enthusiasm
Maintain professionalism in all aspects of communication
Self-driven and motivated
