Finance & Administration Coordinator

Salary: £28,000 per annum
Hours: Monday - Friday, 9:00am - 6:00pm
Hybrid Working (3 days office / 2 days home)
Start Date: ASAP
Contract: Temporary initially, with a view to becoming permanent

We're looking for a Customer & Administration Coordinator to join a busy and growing organisation. This is a great opportunity for someone with a background customer service who wants a varied role combining customer support, financial administration and general office duties, with the potential to secure a permanent position.

This is a varied role combining customer support, financial queries and administration. You'll be responsible for managing enquiries, chasing outstanding information and documentation, updating financial records, and ensuring customers and stakeholders receive a professional service throughout their journey.

What you'll be doing:

Managing customer and internal email enquiries relating to accounts and finance
Chasing outstanding information, documentation and payments
Updating financial records and maintaining accurate data
Providing administrative support to the finance and wider team
Liaising with customers, colleagues and external contacts on financial matters
Managing priorities and meeting deadlines

What you'll bring:

Previous experience in customer service
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent attention to detail, particularly with numerical data
A proactive and organised approach
Good knowledge of Microsoft Outlook and Excel
The ability to work independently and as part of a team
