Customer Service & Administration Coordinator

Salary: £28,000 per annum

Hours: Monday - Friday, 9:00am - 6:00pm

Hybrid Working (3 days office / 2 days home)

Start Date: Monday 21st September 2026

Contract: Temporary initially, with a view to becoming permanent

We're looking for a Customer Service & Administration Coordinator to join a busy and growing organisation. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants a varied role combining customer service, email management and general administration, with the potential to secure a permanent position.

This is a varied role combining customer support, email management, and administration. You'll be responsible for managing enquiries, following up on outstanding information, updating records and ensuring customers receive a professional service throughout their journey.

What you'll be doing:

Managing customer and internal email enquiries
Chasing outstanding information and documentation
Updating records and maintaining accurate data
Providing administrative support to the wider team
Liaising with customers and colleagues
Managing priorities and meeting deadlines

What you'll bring:

Previous administration or customer service experience
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent attention to detail
A proactive and organised approach
Good knowledge of Microsoft Outlook and Excel
The ability to work independently and as part of a team
