Sales Executive

£30,000 - £37,500 + Excellent Commission + Progression + Excellent Company Benefits

Are you a Salesperson looking to increase your earnings through a clear commission structure, in a specialist freight environment? Do you have experience winning new business across sea freight (FCL/LCL), air freight or road freight for import/export solutions?

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established freight forwarding and logistics business, offering a strong platform to build your patch and be rewarded for the customers you bring on. You'll also have full autonomy to generate your own leads alongside those generated internally to drive growth.

You'll be joining a market leading organisation, with a multimodal offering and an excellent reputation in the global freight industry. This growth role gives you the opportunity to make a visible impact and be recognised through performance-based earnings.

Based in their state of the art headquarters, you'll identify and secure new opportunities, develop new sales across imports/exports and produce accurate quotations including all relevant terms and clauses.

This role is an outstanding opportunity for a salesperson that is motivated by success and earnings who wants full autonomy to build business, back themselves in negotiations, and be directly rewarded for results.

The Role:

Winning new business and developing freight sales across sea (FCL/LCL), air and road (import/export).
Preparing accurate quotations and managing sales activity from lead generation through to customer sign-up.
Monday to Friday, 9:00am-5:00pm.

The Person:

Experience in freight sales with a proven track record in sales and business development.
Comprehensive knowledge of the global freight industry with strong negotiation skills.
Commutable to Grays
