Sales Development Representative (US Market)

We have a fantastic opportunity for an experience SDR with US Market experience in a phone-based sales role, ideally with technical or solution-selling exposure

SALARY: £35,000 - £45,000

LOCATION: Remote or Hybrid (Bristol office)

HOURS: Mon-Fri, 3pm-10pm (US hours)

The role

We're looking for an ambitious, UK-based Sales Development Representative to join our growing team, working Monday to Friday, 3pm-10pm, to align with our US clients' business hours.

The role can be fully remote or hybrid from our Bristol office. This is a modern outbound sales role where success is driven by the quality of your conversations. You'll engage with senior decision-makers across leading organisations throughout the UK, Europe and the US, representing clients across a wide range of industries.

Powered by our market-leading AI outbound platform, consistently achieving 25%+ dial-to-connect rates, you'll spend more time speaking with the right people and less time waiting for someone to answer the phone. You'll work across five B2B clients each month, learning each one's ideal customer profile and becoming a trusted voice for their brand on the phone.

Your focus

Book and complete Sales Qualified Meetings

Target: 20+ SQMs booked and completed every month, qualified against each client's ideal customer profile.

Run a disciplined pipeline

Track every prospect, follow up on time, and keep your pipeline working for you day to day.

Partner with your clients

Regular check-ins on what' s working, what isn't, and where the strategy needs to shift. You become part of their business.

Make every call count

Meeting booked, follow-up requested, positive or negative. Every conversation is handled with skill.

Experience in a phone-based sales role, ideally with technical or solution-selling exposure
