We are representing a reputable dealership seeking an experienced Aftersales Manager to oversee operations at their Norwich location. The Aftersales Manager role offers a challenging yet rewarding environment, leading a large team across multiple departments and ensuring operational excellence.

Competitive basic salary of £50,000 per annum
Potential OTE of up to £81,200 annually
Monday to Friday working pattern, 8am to 6pm, with no weekend work

Duties of the Aftersales Manager:

Managing day-to-day operations of the service, parts, and warranty departments
Overseeing a team of approximately 35 staff, including workshop technicians and support personnel
Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and operational efficiency
Driving department profitability while meeting key performance indicators
Implementing effective processes to optimise workflow, service delivery, and team performance
Monitoring KPIs and developing strategies to improve departmental outcomes

Requirements:

Proven experience as an Aftersales Manager within the automotive industry
Strong leadership qualities with the ability to motivate large teams
Excellent understanding of service, parts, and warranty operations
Knowledge of dealership KPIs and continual performance improvement
Professional approach coupled with exceptional organisational skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
