Internal Sales Executive

What you'll be doing as an Internal Sales Executive:

Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives.
Identify potential clients and generate new business opportunities through networking and referrals.
Conduct market research to analyse customer needs and preferences, adapting sales strategies accordingly.
Maintain accurate records of sales activity and client interactions using Salesforce or similar CRM tools.
Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to prospective clients, showcasing the benefits of our products and services.

What you will bring as an Internal Sales Executive:

Proven experience in telesales, a busy outbound contact centre role, or an internal sales role, preferably within a fast-paced, full-cycle sales environment.
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM platforms for managing customer relationships effectively.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a strong focus on persuasive selling techniques.
The ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team in a fast-paced environment.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to adapt quickly to changing circumstances.
