Job Title: Temporary Administrator

Location: Exeter
Salary: £12.71 per hour
Hours: Part Time, Temporary (30 hours per week)
Duration: Initial 4-week assignment with immediate start available

Working Pattern:

Monday: 8:30am - 1:30pm
Tuesday: 8:30am - 1:30pm
Wednesday: 8:30am - 5:00pm
Thursday: 8:30am - 5:00pm
Friday: 8:30am - 1:30pm

About the Role:

We are currently recruiting for a Temporary Administrator to join a busy and welcoming organisation in Exeter.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an organised and professional individual who enjoys providing excellent customer service and supporting the smooth day-to-day running of an office.

The successful candidate will be responsible for a variety of administrative duties, handling enquiries, maintaining accurate records and providing support to colleagues and customers. This role would suit someone who is confident communicating with a variety of people, happy working in a fast-paced environment and available to start at short notice.

Key Responsibilities:

Providing administrative support to the wider team.
Answering incoming telephone calls and responding to enquiries.
Managing emails and correspondence.
Updating and maintaining records accurately.
Booking appointments and organising schedules.
Handling confidential information with discretion.
Assisting with general office administration.
Providing excellent customer service at all times.

About You:

Essential

Previous administration experience.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Confident telephone manner.
Good attention to detail and organisational skills.
Competent IT skills, including Microsoft Office.
Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Reliable, professional and adaptable.
