Job Type: Full-Time, temporary

Our client is seeking a proactive and highly organised Administrator to support the smooth running of a busy professional service. This varied role combines administration, diary management, customer service and reception responsibilities, making it ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Process referrals and enquiries accurately and efficiently
Maintain and update databases, records and electronic systems
Manage appointments and diary scheduling
Handle telephone and email enquiries professionally
Prepare, process and distribute confidential correspondence
Produce reports, letters, agendas and meeting documentation
Take meeting notes and prepare accurate minutes
Provide reception support and welcome visitors
Audio type reports and correspondence where required
Prioritise workloads effectively to meet deadlines and service targets
Maintain stationery and office supplies
Provide administrative support during busy periods and team absences

What We're Looking For

Previous administration or secretarial experience
Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Excel and PowerPoint
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Experience handling confidential and sensitive information
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities
Professional telephone manner
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
A full Enhanced DBS on the update service is essential for this role

Desirable experience includes database management, minute taking, audio typing and working within a professional or service-led environment.
