Location: Warrington
Contract Type: Temporary, 8 weeks, could be extended.
Hourly Rate: £13.50 per hour
Working Pattern: Full Time, 09:00am - 17:00pm Monday to Thursday and Friday 9:00am - 3:45pm

Our client is seeking a talented Administrator to join their team in Warrington. This is an exciting opportunity for an organised and proactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is keen to contribute to a thriving organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Processed timesheets and payroll data accurately and on time.
- Checked and validated timesheets, client POs, job numbers, and registrations.
- Ensured data accuracy before payroll submission.
- Supported the weekly payroll process.
- Updated spreadsheets and maintained records.
- Handled incoming calls, transferred enquiries, and took messages.
- Provided general administrative and office support.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

Previous experience in an administrative role.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software.
A keen eye for detail and a problem-solving mindset.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
