Temporary Administrator

Location: South Lanarkshire
Pay Rate: £13.50 per hour
Start Date: Immediate
Duration: 4-10 Weeks
Hours: 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM, Monday to Friday
Contract: Full-time, Temporary

Due to location, own transportation is required.

Our client is currently seeking a reliable and organised Temporary Administrator to join their team in South Lanarkshire. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administrative skills looking for a short-term assignment with a well-established organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

Providing general administrative support to the team
Managing emails, correspondence, and incoming calls
Data entry and maintaining accurate records.
Filing and document management
Scheduling appointments and coordinating diaries
Assisting with reports, spreadsheets, and other administrative tasks
Supporting various departments with ad hoc administrative duties as required

Skills & Experience Required:

Previous administrative experience is preferred.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
Strong organisational and time management skills
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
