Data & Administration Coordinator

Salary: £25,500 per annum | Full-time | 37.5 hours per week

We are looking for a highly organised and detail-focused Data & Administration Coordinator to join our team and provide administrative support across two busy teams.

This is a varied role, ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, is confident using Excel and can manage a high volume of work accurately and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Completing accurate data entry and maintaining records.
Entering timesheets into timesheet system.
Completing portal entries and ensuring information is kept up to date.
Running and reconciling reports, investigating and resolving discrepancies where required.
Checking and approving portal shifts.
Raising invoices accurately and within required timescales.
Providing general administrative support across both teams.
Supporting with ad-hoc tasks as required.

We are looking for someone who:

Has excellent attention to detail and takes pride in producing accurate work.
Is confident using Excel and working with data.
Can manage large volumes of information without losing accuracy.
Is organised and able to prioritise competing deadlines.
Can work at a fast pace and remain calm under pressure.
Has a proactive and flexible approach.
Is happy to support across different areas of the business.
Has good communication skills and enjoys working as part of a team.

Previous experience in an administrative, data entry, finance or similar role would be advantageous, but the right attitude, accuracy and willingness to learn are just as important.

The weekly hours would be 37.5 but the client can be flexible with start and end times, the start of the week is the busiest so they could do long days for an earlier finish on a Friday or even some Sunday hours if the successful candidate would like (not essential though).
