Our client is looking for a talented Social Media & Marketing Executive to take ownership of their digital and print marketing activity and help develop their brand across multiple platforms.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who loves creating engaging content, understands social media and digital marketing, and wants the freedom to bring fresh ideas to a growing and and forward thinking business.

Working closely with the sales team, you will play an important role in increasing brand awareness, generating customer engagement and showcasing their specialist builds and projects.

The role will primarily be office-based but will also include occasional travel for customer visits, exhibitions, trade shows and industry events.

The Role:

You will be responsible for managing and developing the company's marketing presence, including:

Managing and maintaining the company website, ensuring stock, specifications and other information are accurate and up to date
Supporting the continued development and improvement of the website, including layout, user experience and content
Creating, scheduling and managing engaging content across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and short-form video platforms
Developing creative marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness, customer engagement and lead generation
Creating high-quality photography and video content showcasing new builds, completed projects and customer handovers
Photographing stock before collection and editing images for websites, social media, brochures and advertising
Designing marketing materials including magazine adverts, promotional graphics, exhibition displays and printed literature
Liaising with magazines, media companies and external marketing suppliers
Monitoring social media, website and campaign performance
Producing monthly marketing reports covering engagement, audience growth, expenditure and ROI
Working closely with the sales team to develop promotional campaigns and customer-facing content
Ensuring consistent branding and professional presentation across all marketing channels
Keeping up to date with the latest social media trends, digital marketing techniques and industry developments

About You:

We are looking for someone who is creative, commercially minded and confident in taking ownership of their work.

You should be comfortable coming up with new ideas, creating content and managing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.

You'll ideally have:

Previous experience in social media, marketing or digital content
Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud, including Photoshop, Illustrator and Premiere Pro, or equivalent software
Experience managing business social media accounts across multiple platforms
Experience using website content management systems
Good knowledge of photography, camera equipment and image composition
The ability to produce and edit professional-quality photo and video content
A creative approach with the ability to develop fresh and engaging content ideas
Strong organisational skills and the ability to work independently
A full UK driving licence would be advantageous due to occasional travel

The following would be advantageous but are not essential:

Knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics and paid social advertising
Experience creating video and short-form social media content
Understanding of branding and graphic design
Experience covering exhibitions, trade shows, live events or customer showcases
