Recruitment Solutions are recruiting for a temporary to permanent position as a Operations Assistant for a busy transport office on the outskirts of Exeter.

Working hours are Monday to Friday (Apply online only)
Pay £14.07 p/h paid weekly!
Job descriptions:
Answering customer calls relating to collections and delivery queries
- Allocating collections and deliveries to routes
- Investigating failed deliveries and collections
- Managing customer requests through the Customer Delivery Option system
- Inputting and maintaining accurate tracking data
- Producing daily reports within required timescales
- Liaising with drivers
