We are seeking a Resourcer to join our busy and growing team at Henley Executive.

This is a full-time, office-based role, based in our lovely offices in Henley-in-Arden. We need someone enthusiastic who has a positive, can-do attitude and is keen to learn, and who is happy to communicate with candidates via phone, email, and social media.

As a Resourcer, day-to-day, your role will entail:

· Identifying and speaking to suitable candidates via phone and email

· Updating the database with candidate and client information

· Formatting candidate CVs

· Arranging candidate interviews

· Sending out interview and offer confirmations

· Supporting the Team with Candidate/CV Sourcing

· Ensuring candidates are kept updated and managed through the recruitment process

To be considered, you will need to demonstrate the following skills:

· Confident user of MS Office Suite, Including Excel

· Experienced in utilising and updating CRM Systems

· Confident communication skills via phone and email

· Willingness to explore and adapt to new technologies, systems and processes as needed

Whether you are currently a Resourcer, working within Recruitment or from an office administration background and looking for a new challenge, we're open to backgrounds as long as you are keen to learn, as full training will be provided.
