What You Will Do:

- Manage and develop a designated portfolio of customer accounts in partnership with external sales colleagues.

- Proactively contact existing customers to understand needs, strengthen relationships, and increase sales opportunities.

- Generate new business by qualifying leads, conducting market research, and promoting products and services across the UK.

- Prepare accurate quotations and tender submissions, then manage timely follow-up to conversion.

- Maintain a clear sales pipeline with regular updates on progress, forecasts, and activity in the CRM system.

- Support wider sales and marketing activity by responding to customer enquiries and helping with campaigns, promotions, and product launches.

What You Will Bring:

- Experience in B2B sales, internal sales, account management, or a similar customer-focused commercial role.

- Confidence in communication and relationship-building, with the ability to engage decision-makers at different levels.

- A proactive approach, including being comfortable driving conversations and progressing opportunities independently.

- Strong organisation and prioritisation skills, with the ability to juggle multiple customers, enquiries, and deadlines.

- Experience using CRM systems, and a commitment to keeping customer and sales information accurate and up to date.
