The Opportunity

Our client, a fast-paced and highly successful FMCG business based in Slough, is seeking an experienced and professional Executive Assistant to provide dedicated support to senior leadership at C-Suite level. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive and resilient EA who thrives in a busy environment, enjoys taking ownership, and can confidently manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities

Providing high-level executive support to C-Suite stakeholders.
Managing complex and constantly changing diaries, ensuring priorities are effectively coordinated.
Organising meetings, board meetings, internal and external stakeholder engagements, and travel arrangements.
Acting as a gatekeeper and key point of contact on behalf of senior leaders.
Preparing presentations, reports, agendas, and meeting documentation.
Managing confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
Anticipating business needs and proactively resolving issues before they arise.
Liaising with colleagues, customers, and external partners at all levels.
Supporting project work and coordinating actions across multiple departments.
Managing competing priorities and helping senior leaders remain focused on strategic objectives.
Handling challenging situations and conflict professionally, finding practical solutions while maintaining strong relationships.

About You

Proven experience supporting senior executives at Director, VP, or C-Suite level.
Exceptional diary management and organisational skills.
Highly autonomous with the ability to work independently and make decisions confidently.
Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to build credibility quickly.
Experience managing sensitive conversations and resolving conflict diplomatically.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
Comfortable working within a fast-moving commercial or FMCG environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, and Teams.
