As a Telesales Executive, your responsibilities will include:

Contact prospective customers using warm leads to generate interest
Book quality appointments for the field sales team
Plan and manage sales representatives' diaries efficiently, maximising productivity and minimising travel time
Build rapport with potential customers and promote the company's products and services
Update and maintain accurate customer information within the CRM system
Follow up on enquiries and reschedule appointments where required

As a Telesales Executive, your experience will include:

Previous telesales or outbound calling experience is essential
Excellent telephone manner and communication skills
Strong organisational and diary management abilities
Confidence handling objections and engaging with customers
Good computer and CRM skills
A positive, target-driven attitude and a reliable, professional approach
