Sales Executive - Membership Recruitment
London - Hybrid Working (2 Days Per Week in the Office)
£35,000 Basic Salary + Uncapped OTE
Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm, with some flexibility required

Our client is a well-established specialist membership organisation that has been supporting its sector for more than 80 years. They provide members with a range of services, advice and support, and are now looking to strengthen their sales team with the appointment of a Sales Executive.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys telephone-based sales, prospecting, building relationships and converting opportunities into new business.

The Role

You will be joining an established sales team and will be responsible for helping grow membership by engaging with prospective members, understanding their needs and promoting the value of the organisation's membership, products and services.

Key responsibilities will include:

Generating new membership sales through a combination of outbound prospecting, cold calling and following up warm leads
Converting initial enquiries and interest into full membership
Building strong relationships with prospective members and creating tailored sales proposals
Managing your sales pipeline, keeping CRM records up to date and consistently working towards individual sales targets

You may also attend relevant exhibitions and industry events as part of the role.

The Person

We are looking for someone who is confident on the telephone, commercially driven and comfortable taking ownership of the full sales process.

You should ideally have:

Previous experience in telephone sales, B2B sales, membership sales or selling services to SMEs
Experience of cold calling as well as converting warm leads
Strong communication, questioning and relationship-building skills
A self-motivated and results-focused approach, with the tenacity to see a sale through from initial contact to completion

Package & Benefits

£35,000 basic salary
Uncapped OTE
Hybrid working - 2 days per week in the London office
Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm, with some flexibility required
