Health Care Assistant

Pay: £15.50 per hour with mileage paid at 35p per mile

Right at Home Telford is a friendly, local home care provider supporting vulnerable adults in their own homes. We believe great care takes time, that's why all our visits are a minimum of one hour, giving you the chance to truly connect with your clients and provide the quality care they deserve.

Location : Telford and surrounding areas

Roles Available : Mornings, Evenings and Weekend roles available

Job Overview

At Right at Home we believe in delivering high-quality care and are here to support you in ensuring you are supporting your clients to live their lives to the fullest. As a Care Assistant, you will be reliable, flexible and able to adapt to support a variety of different Client support needs but most of all, you will be compassionate and caring.

What do you need?

Be available to work mornings, evenings and weekends between the hours of 7am and 10pm
MUST hold a full and valid UK driving licence and have access to your own vehicle
Have or be willing to obtain vehicle business insurance
Have UK right to work

What will you be doing?

Motivating Clients to get the most out of their day
Personal care
Administering medication
Assisting Clients with washing and dressing
Shopping and Housekeeping
Meal preparation
Taking Clients for appointments or outings

If you have experience as a Care Assistant, Support Worker, Carer, Heath Care Assistant or have worked for the NHS, we would love to hear from you. However, if you do not have experience, we provide full training and support, we encourage candidates from all sectors including retail, customer service, hairdressers, students etc to apply.
