Area Sales Manager - construction products (route to market - regional house builders / contractors)

Area: East Midlands

The role of Area Sales Manager

As Area Sales Manager, you will be tasked with selling the companies leading range of electrical lighting products.
The Area Sales Manager will be required to win specifications with regional developers, national house builders (regional offices) M&E contractors, social housing / housing associations.
You will be tasked with developing existing accounts (introducing new product lines) as well as opening new accounts and generating new specifications.

The Candidate - Area Sales Manager

Construction field sales experience with strong soft skills
Ability to manage short and long sales cycles
Ability to prospect and manage accounts and develop a pipeline
Full training and support provided

The Package on offer for the Area Sales Manager

up to £50,0000 basic
£15,000 OTE - £20,000
Hybrid company car
6% company contribution pension
25 days holiday plus stats
