Job Title: HR Administrator
Location: Atherstone
Contract Type: Temporary with the view to move into a permanent position
Working Pattern: Full Time, Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm.

Daily Pay: £112

After initial training Hybrid working - 2 days from home 3 in the office.

Our client, a non for profit organisation making a real difference to lives across the Midlands, is seeking a dedicated and organised HR Administrator to join their small and dynamic human resources team. This exciting opportunity is perfect for individuals with strong administrative skills and a keen eye for detail, ready to make a significant impact on the organisation's success!

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain accurate employee records and ensure HR compliance.
Manage HR and recruitment inboxes, responding to and escalating queries as required.
Support HR projects, meetings, and training initiatives.
Coordinate recruitment activities, from vacancy advertising, interview support to onboarding of new staff.
Manage employee lifecycle activities, including contractual changes, probation reviews, and flexible working requests.
Coordinate learning and development programmes and monitor training compliance.
Provide first-line HR guidance and support to managers and employees.
Support disciplinary and grievance processes, ensuring accurate documentation and case preparation.

Experience and Skills Required:

CIPD Level 3 qualification or proven experience in human resources and/or administrative roles preferred.
Familiarity with HR platforms and ATS tools is desirable.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective stakeholder engagement.
Excellent organisational abilities with the capability to manage multiple priorities.
Professional, confidential, and adaptable with a resilient attitude towards challenging situations.
Attention to detail and accuracy while working at pace.
