Pay & Hours

£14-£16
40 hours per week
Working on a rota basis between 6:00 am and 10:00pm
Participation in the on-call rota is required

Key Responsibilities

Plan, develop, and maintain person-centred, outcome-focused care services.
Create and manage care staff rotas to ensure efficient service delivery.
Monitor recruitment requirements and provide regular updates to the Registered Manager.
Ensure services are delivered in line with regulatory requirements, CQC standards, and company policies.
Build positive relationships with service users, families, professionals, and partner agencies.
Maintain accurate electronic and written records in line with GDPR requirements.
Participate in the on-call rota and provide direct care support when necessary.
Respond appropriately to concerns, incidents, and complaints.
Produce management reports and operational information as required.
Develop links with community organisations to enhance service provision.

What We're Looking For

Essential

Previous experience within a care setting.
Experience administering medication and supporting individuals with care needs.
Knowledge of risk assessments, care planning, and person-centred support.
Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities.
Level 3 Diploma in Care from a Skills for Care-endorsed trainer
