Long-Term Temporary Opportunity | PM Shift after Initial Training Period

Meridian Business Support is recruiting for a Data Entry Operative to join a leading global document management company based in Lutterworth. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established organisation offering ongoing work, full training and a supportive working environment.

As a Data Entry Operative, you will play a key role in the preparation, processing and digitisation of confidential documents within a warehouse-based office environment. Your duties will include:

Accurately inputting information into internal systems
Preparing boxes and files ready for scanning
Removing staples, separating pages and organising paperwork
Operating a range of document scanning equipment
Carrying out quality checks to ensure accuracy
Working towards targets and deadlines within a fast-paced operation

Hours & Pay

Pay Rate: £13.46 per hour

Training Period: To complete training and onboarding, successful candidates must be available to work:

Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm for the first 3 weeks

Permanent Shift Pattern (from Week 4)

Monday to Friday, 2:00pm to 10:00pm (Apply online only))

Skills & Experience

Previous experience as a Data Entry Operative, Administrator, Warehouse Operative, Production Operative, Office Assistant or Document Processor would be advantageous, but is not essential as full training will be provided.

You will need:

Excellent attention to detail
Basic keyboard and computer skills
The ability to work accurately in a target-driven environment
Good manual dexterity when handling paperwork
A reliable and positive attitude
Commitment to completing the initial 3-week training period on day shifts before moving to the permanent PM shift

Security Screening Requirements: Due to the sensitive nature of the documents being handled, successful applicants for this Data Entry Operative role must:

Pass a Basic DBS check
Pass a Credit Check
Provide a full 5-year address history
Provide verifiable employment and/or education history covering the last 5 years
