We're looking for an exceptional Head of Sales & Distribution to lead a high-performing commercial function and shape the future of a major customer-facing business. As a key member of the Commercial Senior Leadership Team, you'll be responsible for developing and executing a forward-thinking sales and distribution strategy that enhances customer experience, strengthens commercial partnerships and maximises revenue opportunities.

The Opportunity

This is a strategic leadership role with responsibility for driving commercial performance across direct and third-party sales channels, B2B and B2C partnerships, group and corporate sales, and customer distribution strategy.

You'll work collaboratively across the wider business, influencing key stakeholders while identifying new opportunities to strengthen market position and deliver long-term commercial success.

What You'll Be Doing

Develop and deliver an ambitious sales and distribution strategy that drives sustainable revenue growth.
Identify and secure new commercial partnerships that enhance the customer proposition and create new income streams.
Optimise direct retail channels, improving customer experience, digital performance and conversion rates.
Build, inspire and develop a high-performing commercial team, creating a culture of accountability, innovation and continuous improvement.
Strengthen relationships with corporate customers, industry partners, suppliers and trade organisations.
Represent the business at senior industry events and commercial forums, helping shape future retail and distribution strategies.
Manage key supplier relationships, ensuring strong performance, value for money and delivery against agreed KPIs.
Contribute to wider business planning and play a key role in shaping long-term commercial strategy.

What We're Looking For

You'll be an accomplished commercial leader with the ability to combine strategic thinking with hands-on delivery.

You'll ideally bring:

Significant experience leading sales, commercial or distribution functions within a large, customer-focused organisation.
A proven track record of delivering measurable revenue growth through multi-channel sales strategies.
Strong experience developing successful B2B and B2C commercial partnerships.
The ability to balance short-term commercial performance with long-term strategic objectives.
Exceptional leadership skills with experience building, coaching and motivating high-performing teams.
Outstanding stakeholder management skills, with the credibility to influence senior leaders, partners and external organisations.
A customer-first mindset, coupled with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
