Car Sales Executive – Burnley £55k+ OTE | Uncapped Commission | Top Performers Earning £70k+

We’re recruiting a Car Sales Executive to join a busy, high-volume automotive retailer in Burnley.

This opportunity would suit either an experienced automotive Sales Executive looking for their next move, or a strong salesperson with transferable skills who wants to build a career with a leading automotive retailer.

If you’re confident with customers, commercially minded and used to working towards targets, the automotive experience can be developed. What matters is your ability to sell, build relationships and work at pace.

The Role

You’ll manage the complete customer journey from initial enquiry through to vehicle handover.

This includes:

Managing showroom and incoming sales enquiries.
Understanding customer requirements and recommending suitable vehicles.
Presenting vehicles and conducting test drives.
Managing negotiations and closing sales.
Presenting finance options.
Maximising add-on product opportunities.
Managing your customer pipeline and follow-up activity.
Delivering professional vehicle handovers.
Developing repeat and referral business.

What We’re Looking For

You could already be working in automotive sales, or you may have built strong sales skills in another target-driven industry and be ready to make the move into the motor trade.

We’re interested in people who are:

Experienced in sales or able to demonstrate strong transferable sales skills.
Confident building relationships with customers.
Comfortable working towards targets.
Motivated by performance and earning potential.
Commercially aware with strong communication skills.
Resilient and comfortable handling objections.
Able to work effectively in a busy, fast-paced environment.
Looking to develop a long-term career within automotive retail.
Canididates who understand the role means working weekends with days off in the week to compensate

A full UK driving licence is essential.

Working Pattern

This is a retail automotive sales position and weekend working is required, with two days off during the week.
