This is an outstanding opportunity to join a leading high-end kitchen manufacturer, taking ownership of an established territory and growing a premium dealer network across South West England and Ireland.

THE ROLE

As Area Sales Manager, you will take full ownership of an established territory while proactively identifying new business opportunities with independent kitchen retailers, design studios, showrooms, and specialist dealers. In this consultative, relationship-led role, you will work closely with business partners to understand their needs, present premium collections, and help them drive sales, profitability, and market presence.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop existing accounts and build productive, long-term relationships with dealers and showroom partners.
Win new business by identifying, approaching, and appointing high-quality retail partners across the region.

Present new product ranges, finishes, and commercial propositions to business owners, designers, and sales teams.

Support showroom displays, product launches, and promotional activities across your partner network.
Deliver comprehensive product training to ensure partners can confidently specify and sell the kitchen ranges.
Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and presentations through to negotiation and account development.
Achieve territory targets for revenue, margin, distribution, and overall account growth.
Monitor regional market activity, sharing valuable insights on competitor trends and customer demand.
Represent the brand professionally at trade events, exhibitions, and client meetings.
Travel regularly throughout South West England and Ireland, including overnight stays as required.

ABOUT YOU

Successful, proven track record in field-based B2B sales.
Direct experience within the kitchens industry.
Existing knowledge and understanding of independent dealers, retailers, and showroom environments.
Strong skills in prospecting, presentation, negotiation, and long-term account management.
Ability to effectively communicate product quality, design value, and commercial return to experienced retail professionals.
Structured approach to territory planning, pipeline management, and performance reporting.
Confident, credible, and self-motivated with the ability to work independently across a large geographical area.
Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel extensively, including overnight stays.
Experience selling kitchens through a dealer or showroom network is highly advantageous.
