The Opportunity:

This isn't an account management role.

This isn't a role where you'll spend your day hidden behind emails.

This is a sales role in the truest sense.

You'll be responsible for generating new opportunities, building relationships and converting conversations into business with Management Companies across the UK.

You'll be promoting inspection, maintenance and facilities management services, managing a high volume of opportunities and developing relationships with key decision makers.

You'll have support around you, but you'll need to be someone who creates their own momentum.

If you're at your happiest speaking to people, opening doors and making things happen, you'll enjoy this role.

What You'll Be Doing:

Making outbound calls to prospective customers
Generating new business opportunities
Building relationships with decision makers across the UK
Following up leads and existing opportunities
Managing a busy sales pipeline
Identifying opportunities to grow customer accounts
Working closely with colleagues to deliver quotations and proposals
Achieving agreed sales and activity targets
Using CRM systems to manage opportunities and customer information

You'll probably be someone who:

Enjoys speaking to people
Is confident on the phone
Can think on their feet
Builds rapport quickly
Is resilient and doesn't let rejection knock them off course
Wants to learn and improve
Is competitive and driven
Works hard without needing constant supervision
Rolls their sleeves up and gets stuck in
Brings energy and personality to a team

You definitely can't be a shrinking violet.

We want someone who's comfortable starting conversations, asking questions and backing themselves.

Experience in sales, recruitment, estate agency, or any environment where you've had to influence people and build relationships would be advantageous.
