Noodle Talent Partners are exclusively supporting a growing and award-winning international FMCG business, recruiting the position of International Sales Account Manager (French speaking) to join their collaborative team in Norfolk, playing a key role in achieving commercial objectives alongside the International Sales Manager.

Hybrid working role, with flexibility to work from home a few days per week. Travel each quarter to Trade shows and client meetings.

Working hours of Monday to Friday 9am-5pm, with an early finish on Fridays in the summer months.

The main purpose of this role is to manage and develop a portfolio of existing key customer accounts (B2B), proactively communicating with clients to strengthen relationships and promote new product lines to maximise sales opportunities, as well as developing new business opportunities. You will liaise with clients across the UK & Western Europe, with a particular focus on developing business across France, therefore we are looking for a candidate that is fluent in both French & English.

The position will be around 80% existing client interaction and 20% growth/new client development.

The role of International Sales Account Manager / Sales Executive

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers in your portfolio (Tier 2 and 3) through virtual meetings, phone calls and email communicaton, developing account plans for retention and growth, achiving 90%+ retention and at least 12% year-on-year sales growth.
Promptly handle and resolve any queries and issues in a timely manner
Promoting new product lines to grow the accounts and ensure the company's products are at the forefront of customer's minds to maintain competitive positioning within the market
Develop and execute account plans, working cross-functionally with marketing to deliver sales and marketing initiatives
Prepare reports and presentations for both internal use and client presentations
Proactively prospect for new customers within your assigned territory to build a pipeline and convert leads to long-term clients
Represent the company at industry exhibitions and trade shows, building relationships, promoing the brand and it's products, following up with customers post-event
Supporting the Senior Sales Manager to look after Tier 1 Accounts
Manage accurate sales and customer relationship tracking using the CRM system, noting key information and sales opportunities, reporting on sales activity
Maintain excellent standards of service at all times, building rapport and going the extra mile to support customer needs
Conduct market research to maintain an awareness of competitor activity and deliver insights reports quarterly
Collaborate with Sales, Marketing and Customer Service teams on daily workflow and business objectives

What are we looking for?

Fluent language skills in both French & English
A passionate and highly motivated individual who thrives delivering results
Existing experience within a similar role- Account Management, Sales or proactive Customer Relations. International sales would be highly desirable
Strong communuication skills with colleagues and customers
High levels of attention to detail and accuracy
Sound commercial awarenss with a willingness to learn
Excellent team work and collaboration with others
Competent with Microsoft Office and ideally has used CRM systems Proficient in CRM systems
