Assist in identifying and addressing customer needs effectively.
Support the team with administrative tasks when required.

Profile

A successful Customer Service Advisor should have:

Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably within a contact centre environment.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.
Attention to detail and a customer-focused approach.
Proficiency in using computer systems and handling data.
