Sales & Office Administration Assistant

Location: Bradford
Job Type: Full-time | Temporary/Permanent | Temp-to-Perm

We are looking for a confident, organised and customer-focused Sales & Office Administration Assistant to join our clients growing team.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to introduce our products to potential customers.
Handle inbound customer enquiries professionally and efficiently.
Process customer orders and coordinate dispatch.
Provide general sales and office administration support.
Maintain accurate customer records and assist with account management.
Manage and prioritise tasks in a busy office environment.

About You

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Professional telephone manner and strong customer service skills.
Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office.
Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask.
Able to work independently and as part of a small team.
Previous telesales or office administration experience is desirable.
Experience with CRM systems, Sage ACT® or QuickBooks is an advantage.
