Responsibilities:
As the Receptionist, you will be the welcoming face of the organisation, responsible for a variety of tasks that are vital to the smooth operation of the front office. Your key responsibilities will include:

Greeting visitors and clients with a warm and friendly demeanour.
Answering phone calls and directing them to the appropriate personnel.
Managing appointments and scheduling meetings efficiently.
