Your new company: Leading Specialists in Residential Block Management, managing a portfolio of developments across the country

Your new role

Update the in-house portal with letters and notices
Update and deal with leaseholder requests on the portal
Ensure contractor information, including insurance, is maintained and monitored and kept up to date
Raise works orders for distribution to contractors
Liaise with contractors regarding maintenance issues
Maintain and keep updated property folder information
Manage and monitor the property keys/access
Daily use of computer systems
Answering the telephone
Responding to leaseholder queries by letter, email and telephone in line with company procedures
Any other tasks as required

What you'll need to succeed

Previous experience in an administration role
Excellent customer service skills
Accurate administrative skills
Good communication and problem-solving skills
Good IT Skills

What you'll get in return

£13.81 P/Hr
35.5 hours per week
