Role Overview This is a hybrid Executive Assistant position supporting senior leadership, requiring a highly organised, proactive individual who can operate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Requirements Essential experience includes:

Executive Assistant support at Director, Executive Team or Board level
Extensive diary and inbox management
Organising and coordinating meetings, committees and governance activities
Producing high-quality Board, Committee and Meeting minutes
Preparing agendas, papers and presentations
Strong administrative and organisational skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
High levels of professionalism, confidentiality and discretion
Excellent written communication and attention to detail
Resilient, proactive and tenacious approach

What you'll need to succeed. Previous experience is essential.
