Senior Office & Sales Administrator
Dereham, office-based

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Office & Sales Administrator to oversee the day-to-day administration of the office and support sales and operational activities. This is a varied role requiring excellent organisational skills, strong attention to detail, and a customer-focused approach.

Key Responsibilities:

Office Administration

Open and close the office daily.
Organise office layout and maintain supplies of stationery and equipment.
Manage filing and administrative systems.
Support staff and assist with resolving day-to-day office issues.

Sales, Purchasing & Operations Support

Liaise with customers, suppliers, and transport companies.
Process orders.
Maintain accurate systems and records.
Respond professionally to customer enquiries via telephone and email.
Coordinate the use of computerised systems and business processes.
Support recruitment and training activities when required.
Produce reports and statistics for Head Office.
Assist with future capacity planning and operational improvements.
Ensure high standards of health and safety, hygiene, and security.
Oversee planned maintenance of office equipment.
Support the delivery of business objectives and Head Office directives.

Key Requirements

Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central would be an advantage.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
Good numeracy skills and exceptional attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and use initiative.
Professional, organised and adaptable approach to work.
