A temporary Customer Service Advisor role means working at the centre of a fast-moving, customer-obsessed operation for a name that people genuinely love, with a team culture to match.

Supporting customers across email and social media, handling delivery enquiries, processing exchanges and vouchers, and working closely with internal teams to resolve any product or shipment issues that come through. It's a role built around clear, thoughtful written communication rather than phone work, which makes it a great fit for someone who knows how to handle customer queries with care and clarity.

If you have online customer support experience and take real pride in the standard of your written communication, you'll be well placed here.

What's on offer:

£12.71 per hour
Monday to Friday, 9–5 / Thursday to Monday
