The Role

Working alongside experienced care professionals, you will:

Deliver high-quality nursing care tailored to individual resident needs.
Assess, plan, implement and evaluate care plans.
Administer and monitor medications safely and effectively.
Support residents to maintain dignity, choice and independence.
Build positive relationships with residents, families, and healthcare professionals.
Maintain accurate clinical records and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
Contribute to a positive and supportive team culture.

About You

We're looking for someone who is:

A qualified Registered Nurse with a current NMC registration.
Passionate about delivering person-centred care.
Confident in making clinical decisions and managing priorities effectively.
An excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
Committed to maintaining high standards of care and professionalism.
A positive team player who thrives in a caring environment.
