Registered Nurse

Location: Hitchin, Hertfordshire (SG4 8BY)
Salary: £32,073 - £39,043 per annum DOE
Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week

About the Role

Brainkind is seeking a compassionate and motivated Registered Nurse to join our specialist neurological care centre, Stagenhoe, in Hertfordshire.

Working as part of a multidisciplinary team, you will deliver high-quality, person-centred care to adults with brain injuries and neurological conditions, supporting their rehabilitation, wellbeing and independence.

Key Responsibilities

Assess, plan, implement and evaluate individualised care plans.
Deliver high-quality, evidence-based nursing care.
Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team.
Maintain accurate clinical records in line with NMC and organisational guidelines.
Ensure care is delivered in accordance with policies, procedures and care plans.
Provide clinical leadership and, where appropriate, take responsibility for managing patient care during shifts.

About You

Registered Nurse with post-registration clinical experience.
Knowledge of current clinical best practice.
Understanding of relevant healthcare legislation and nursing standards.
Evidence of ongoing professional development.
Experience managing long-term conditions.
Strong communication and clinical leadership skills.
Ability to lead, motivate and work effectively within a team.
Committed to delivering person-centred care.
