PART-TIME OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR / ASSISTANT

Dereham | Permanent | Part-Time | Immediate Start

SCWS is looking for a motivated and reliable Office Administrator / Assistant to join our friendly team in Dereham.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with previous office experience who is looking for a permanent, part-time role within an established and successful company.

The successful candidate will play an important role in supporting the day-to-day running of our office, working alongside our existing team to help ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the business.

This is a fully office-based position, and full training will be provided in-house to ensure you have the knowledge and support needed to succeed in the role.

Key Responsibilities

The role will include, but is not limited to:

Providing general administrative support to the office team
Answering telephone enquiries and directing calls appropriately
Filing and maintaining office records
Printing and preparing documents
Issuing drawings and documentation to the workshop
Assisting colleagues with general office duties
Helping to ensure the office runs efficiently and professionally

About You

We are looking for someone who is:

Friendly, approachable and professional
Highly organised and reliable
Motivated and willing to learn
Confident communicating with colleagues and customers
Comfortable using computers and carrying out general administrative tasks
Ideally experienced in an office or administrative environment

Previous office experience is preferred, but full training will be provided for the right candidate.

The Role

Position: Office Administrator / Assistant

Location: Dereham, Norfolk

Hours: Monday to Friday, 4-5hours per day to be agreed between during the hours 9am to 5pm.

Employment: Permanent, Part-Time

Start Date: Immediate
