Customer Care Coordinator – National Housebuilder

Location: Suffolk
Hours: Monday to Friday | Full-Time

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Coordinator to join a well-established national housebuilder with an excellent reputation for quality developments, career progression, and long-term stability.

This is the perfect role for someone with previous housebuilding or construction industry experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys being at the centre of major residential developments. You’ll become a key part of a professional and supportive team, helping deliver high-quality homes across Suffolk.

The Role

As Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting the smooth running of residential developments from pre-construction through to completion. You’ll work closely with site teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal departments to ensure projects remain organised, compliant, and on schedule.

This is a busy and varied role where no two days are the same.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinating schedules, documentation, and site communications
Liaising with subcontractors, suppliers, and site management teams
Supporting the delivery of residential housing developments
Managing reports, systems, and project administration
Ensuring all information is accurate and up to date
Assisting with customer and contractor queries
Maintaining strong communication across multiple departments

What We’re Looking For

Previous experience within the housebuilding or construction industry is essential
Strong organisational and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Confident using Microsoft Office and internal systems
Professional, proactive, and team-focused attitude
Excellent attention to detail
