An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and passionate Registered Manager to lead a well-established 3-bed children's residential home in Nottingham, supporting young people with emotional and behavioural difficulties (EBD).

This is an excellent opportunity to join a respected provider with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality care. The home has an experienced staff team, established processes, and offers a supportive senior management structure, allowing you to focus on achieving outstanding outcomes for the children in your care.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the home in line with Ofsted regulations and the Children's Homes Regulations 2015.
Promote a safe, nurturing, and therapeutic environment where young people can thrive.
Ensure the home consistently delivers high standards of care and positive outcomes.
Lead, motivate, supervise, and develop the staff team.
Maintain compliance with safeguarding, health and safety, and all regulatory requirements.
Manage budgets, staffing levels, and occupancy effectively.
Build positive relationships with local authorities, social workers, families, and external professionals.
Drive continuous improvement and prepare the home for Ofsted inspections.
Ensure all care plans, risk assessments, and documentation are completed to a high standard.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

Previous experience as a Registered Manager or an experienced Deputy Manager ready to step into registration.
Strong knowledge of the Children's Homes Regulations 2015 and Ofsted requirements.
Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (or be working towards it).
A proven track record of achieving positive outcomes for children and young people.
Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
A genuine passion for improving the lives of vulnerable children and young people.
Full UK driving licence.
