Estimator/Administrator - Poole - £31,000

You'll be the person who keeps quotations, proposals, and projects moving without anything slipping through the cracks.

Suppliers, clients, and colleagues all rely on your follow-through to keep things on track.
This is a role built on consistency, where being organised and dependable genuinely matters.

As an Estimator/Administrator, you will benefit from:

As an Estimator/Administrator, your responsibilities will include:

Arrange quotations by liaising directly with suppliers
Prepare proposals and reports for customers and the line manager
Maintain the company CRM system, product literature, and other records
Manage the Projects email account, responding within one working day
Process purchase orders and transfer proposals into live filing
Liaise with the Projects Office Manager and Projects Manager on invoices and purchase orders

As an Estimator/Administrator, your experience will include:

Experience in an administration or estimating support role
Confidence using CRM systems, or a willingness to learn quickly
Strong attention to detail and comfort managing multiple live projects at once
Experience with DocuSign or similar document management software is an advantage
Clear, professional communication skills for liaising with clients and suppliers
