Trainee Sales Administrator

£26,000 + Training + Progression + Company Benefits

On offer is the opportunity to join a leading engineering services company that provides specialist maintenance, engineering and technical solutions to a wide range of industries. In this role, you will support the day-to-day running of the branch by handling customer enquiries, preparing and processing quotations, managing sales records and following up on quotes and purchase orders. You will also create and manage job records, process relevant documentation, provide general administrative support and ensure all sales-related tasks are completed accurately and efficiently. Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm.

This would suit someone with a background in administration, sales or a similar role, looking for a full-time, permanent position with a well-established company offering clear progression and ongoing training.

The role:

Handle customer enquiries, quotations and sales communications.
Manage quotes, purchase orders, job records and documentation.
Provide general administrative support to the branch and sales team.
Monday - Friday 9:00am- 5:00pm
