Customer Operations & Systems Coordinator

Location: Coalville, Leicestershire
Salary: £30,000 - £35,000
Contract: 12-month FTC - Maternity Cover
Potential: Opportunity to become permanent as the business grows

The Opportunity

SF Partners are working with a growing manufacturing business going through an exciting period of transformation and investment.

We are looking for a Customer Operations & Systems Coordinator who combines excellent customer service with strong ERP experience and a proactive, can-do approach.

This is more than a traditional customer service role. Alongside supporting customers and managing orders, you'll be involved in new systems, improved processes and wider transformation projects across the business.

What You'll Be Doing

Manage customer orders from entry through to delivery.
Use ERP systems to manage workflows, orders and data accurately.
Build strong customer relationships through proactive communication.
Work cross-functionally with manufacturing, planning, logistics, warehousing, sales and finance.
Help resolve customer and operational issues quickly and effectively.
Support the implementation and improvement of systems and processes.
Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and the customer experience.
Get involved in transformation projects and help embed new ways of working.
What We're Looking For
ERP experience within a manufacturing or operational environment.
Customer service, customer operations or order management experience.
Confident and professional customer communication skills.
Strong organisation and attention to detail.
Ability to work effectively across multiple teams.
A proactive, solutions-focused approach.
Someone who learns quickly, takes ownership and wants to make a difference.

You don't need to be an ERP programmer or technical specialist - we're looking for someone who knows how to use systems effectively and is keen to help improve them.
