Job Advert: Customer Interaction Advisor

Location: Corby
Contract Type: Temporary
Industry: Manufacturing & Production

This is a full time role working 37.5 hours a week between Wednesday and Sunday. The weekday shifts are between 8am and 9pm and the weekend shifts are between 7am and 3.15pm

Key Responsibilities:

Engage with customers through various channels, including phone, email, and chat, ensuring all interactions are positive and productive.
Provide accurate information about products and services, addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer feedback is effectively communicated and addressed.
Maintain a high level of product knowledge to assist customers with their questions and concerns.
Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, ensuring all information is accurately logged.
