I am recruiting for a full time temporary Student Information Officer to join a well established Educational organisation based in Bristol BS1. This fast paced and exciting organisation is looking for someone with excellent written and verbal communication skills and a good customer service background.

Starting 1st September

Full time for 4 weeks Monday to Friday

Responsibilities include:

Administer the induction and enrolment process for all students
Receiving and recording eligibility documents
Administer the process for students who intermit, transfer and withdraw from the course
Administer the student attendance recording system ensuring that student attendance, absences and class swaps are recorded accurately and the information held is up to date
Provide administrative support to the Learning Support tutors
Ensure sufficient stocks of stationery - ordering and replenishing stocks as necessary
Providing an up to date service to students looking for accommodation
Keep up-to-date files of all paperwork
Input and keep records relating to overtime payments for teaching staff, invigilators and visiting lecturers on a monthly basis
