Service Administrator
£13.33 per hour, Temporary, 08:00 to 16:30pm (early finish on Friday), BS5 Speedwell, Bristol, on-site parking, pension, holidays plus more.

A large international engineering and manufacturing business are actively recruiting for a service administrator to join their team. Working as part of a team of 3 other service administrators and reporting into the Aftercare Supervisor and Service Manager, the role will involve liaising with customers and engineers to provide an excellent after sales service.

This role as service administrator will see you :
·Assisting clients over the phone and via email
·Entering client information
·Arranging engineers and assisting engineers in diary management
·Assisting the wider team in general department administration and assisting the department managers.

The service administrator will have a need to hold good IT skills with ideally experience within the use of a CRM system and Microsoft packages. You will also have strong Customer Service experience and have excellent attention to detail. The successful individual would ideally hold some engineering or manufacturing industry experience within a coordination and data processing role. This would suit someone who has worked as a service administrator, service coordinator, contracts coordinator or a contracts administrator.

This is a long term temporary position to cover maternity leave, which could lead to a full time position as the company grow and expand.
