Job Title: Customer Service Administrator

Location: Yeovil, Somerset

Salary: £26,000 PA

Hours: 8.30am to 5pm Monday to Thursday and 8.30am to 4.30pm on Friday.

The Role:

Join a small and friendly team of 5, where you will provide high standards of service and support to prospective, new, and existing customers over the telephone and by email. You will enjoy problem solving, solution seeking and providing customers with a knowledgeable service.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide high standards of service and support to prospective, new, and existing customers over the telephone.
Act as a key interface between the company and their customers, handling queries, orders, and complaints.
Notify customers and Key Account Managers about deliveries.
Place and progress product orders.
Perform general administrative duties, including price updates and posting sales leads.

Skills & Experience:

Excellent customer service experience, gained in an office, hospitality or retail
Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Excellent communication skills at all levels.
A team player with the ability to work independently.
Strong IT skills
