JOB TITLE: Maintenance Contracts Administrator

LOCATION: Wincanton

HOURS: 8am - 5pm, Monday - Friday . These could be flexible for the right candidate to accommodate school hours

SALARY: Generous salary to be discussed on application

THE COMPANY: A growing and leading construction firm, producing and installing projects from corporate, municipal and private clients across the UK and Ireland.

THE ROLE:

You will be joining a small maintenance team of 5 supporting the day-to-day operations of the maintenance and service contracts department. Working closely with Contract Managers, Coordinators, Engineers, suppliers, and clients, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth delivery of planned and reactive maintenance works across multiple sites.

KEY DUTIES:

Support the day-to-day running of the maintenance contracts department.
Assist with quotations for maintenance contracts, reactive works, chemicals and remedial repairs.
Supporting the engineers with scheduling of work by phone or email.
Book in contracted work with clients, notifying them of attendance in advance
Assist with invoicing and collating supporting documentation
Preparation of Health & Safety paperwork for contracts repair work
Support with general administration

THE CANDIDATE:

Previous experience working within engineering or construction is desirable but not essential
Excellent organisational and communication skills.
* Strong administration and customer service experience.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office
