Audit Client Manager, with a genuine route to RI and Director

Shropshire based or largely remote · Full-time · Circa £50,000 to £70,000, depending on experience and ambition · ACA or ACCA qualified

The company

An established, independent firm of Chartered Accountants with offices in Shrewsbury and Telford, and a strong name across Shropshire and the wider region.
Around 90 people. Big enough for varied, interesting work, small enough that you're a person and not a number.

The role

Lead audits end to end, owning your assignments from planning through to completion.
Take on a varied portfolio of owner-managed businesses across a real mix of sectors, including some larger, meatier clients.
Be the trusted point of contact your clients actually call, building relationships that last.
Supervise, mentor and review the seniors and trainees, and bring the next generation on.
Work closely with the Partners on technical matters and on growing the client base.
Reporting to the Audit Manager, with the room and the backing to step up.

Circa £50,000 to £70,000, with the top of that range there for someone ready to work towards RI.
